The National Parks
Brady Parks is the frontman for indie-folk-pop band, The National Parks. Brady is a self-taught songwriter who began playing shows as a soloist in the Provo music scene in 2011. He formed a full band at the suggestion of Corey Fox, owner of Velour Live Music Gallery, so that he could participate in Velour’s annual Battle of the Bands contest. After only two weeks of preparation Brady’s band took runner-up in a contest who’s previous winners include Imagine Dragons and Neon Trees. Since that time the band has evolved into The National Parks – a group that has amassed over 2 million Spotify streams, played shows in over 40 cities nationwide, and seen their music chart on Billboard and iTunes.
