Each presenter should check in at the registration table in the main atrium of the Merrill-Cazier Library no later than 15 minutes before their session begins. At check-in, you’ll receive your name tag, lanyard and directions to your poster location or oral presentation room.
Maps and presentation schedules will be emailed to participants as the event nears.
Poster displays are usually set up in the main and south atriums on the first floor of the Merrill Cazier Library. Oral presentations generally take place in study rooms on the first floor of the library. Check out a map of the library’s first floor.
