Weekend Visit is a great way to show prospective students why they should come to USU. Whether your program is bringing many students or just one, they can explore Utah State and your program through planned programming, meals, recreational activities and more.

You can seek financial support for Weekend Visit through the RGS recruitment grant.

Gradschoolmatch is an online, easy-to-use hub where prospective students are looking for potential graduate programs.

Recruitment Grants (up to $1500)

Recruitment grants can be requested to help with any recruitment activity costs.

Bootcamp is an eight month graduate student recruitment program designed to help departments meet goals of increasing their quantity, quality and diversity of enrolling students.

Profiles and Statistics

Fill the “where are they now?” content gap with profiles on successful graduates or industry statistics. Our office will work with Advancement to get the information and then write the profile or analyze the data.
