Insurance Plan for Subsidized Graduate Students

Utah State University is pleased to offer an injury and sickness insurance plan for graduate students.  Full-time graduate assistants working 20 or more hours per week and graduate students receiving $10,000 or more from Utah State University are required to purchase this student insurance coverage at an 80% subsidized rate (or show proof of qualifying comparable coverage each semester in order to waive out).

Subsidized Graduate (Student Portion)

Fall (8/20/12 - 1/6/13) - $260

Spring/Summer (1/7/13 - 8/19/13) - $286
